Chevrolet had a monumental year in 1955. Passenger cars were all-new with styling that remains widely admired. Of course, the Chevy small-block V-8 also made its debut in 1955, setting in motion a revolution in automotive performance. Continuing the trend, Chevy also introduced a new truck line.
