With the linkage attached, the sensor was temporarily clamped to the frame while cycling the suspension throughout its travel. With the ideal mounting location located, the frame was drilled and tapped to mount the sensor permanently. The process was then mirror imaged for the other side of the front of the truck.

The mini-USB cable for the touch-pad interface which connects to the e-Level system was routed from the brain to the cab and then system was ready to go.

With the front sensors mounted, the next step was to route the cables and new air lines through the frame and then plug them into the airbag and height sensors on the left (drivers) side.

Notice the truck has considerably less body roll with the AccuAir controlling where the air is going. AccuAir clarifies that the system is not actually adjusting in the corner, but rather the combination of independent corner control and an extremely accurate leveling system provide better handling without upgrading existing air ride suspension components.
