Before any louvers can be punched Mike must first "layout" the roll pan and determine each louver's placement. The first step is to decide where the first louver will be punched from the edge of the panel. For the initial test run, Mike set the cetnerline of first punch at 3 inches. Because each louver is 3 inche, the louver will start 1 1/2 inches from the edge of the pan. These lines are dubbed "off-end" lines. View Related Article
