Mike Hight's louver punch can get into some pretty tight spaces. However, in order to get the amount of louvers desired in this pan, the upper flange of the pan needed to be whacked off. In the end, it's not going to hurt anything because that flange was for bolting the pan to the bed-- but since this pan has plans to get welded in, that flange was of no importance.
