The end links slide up from the underside of the control arms and bolt to the ends of the sway bar. Once installed, tighten down the end links. If the bushings begin bulging out and turning white, that means you're actually crushing the bushings, so back off and tighten them until the bushings' diameter is roughly the washers' diameter....
