Many custom vintage pickup enthusiasts and automotive fans have seen the safe and secure Kwiklift display at various enthusiast shows across the country. At the Goodguys Lone Star Nationals last year, we noticed Kwiklift had a new offering-heavy-duty castors. We spoke with Kwiklift's founder, Danny Johnson, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He showed us how ingenious the sturdy rollers are.
Being aware of how well constructed the Kwiklift is, we knew Danny had another winning accessory for the many Kwiklift owners across the country. We purchased four castors for our own Kwiklift system and left the show with some extra-sturdy rollers. See how swiftly we were able to get our street rod coasting in our home shop. Imagine how much more efficient you'll be when you're working in your garage. You can move your Kwiklifted truck much faster-if you don't have to roll it off the lift first.
The safe and secure Kwiklift is even better with Kwiklift's castors underneath it. You'll have the castors assembled in minutes. | The black powderoated steel framework compo-nents, sturdy castors, and heavy-duty fasteners are assembled with a simple hand tool: a 3/4-inch wrench. | Laid out as shown, any custom vintage truck enthusiast can figure out how to finish the job. |
Simply fit the castor bolt uprights through the holes and assemble the castor framework. | Either an open-end or... | ...box-end 3/4-inch wrench works great for tightening the nuts. |
Minutes later, the first castor was completely assembled. | The second one came even faster. Two to go and we can get our custom cruiser coasting. With the castors in place, you can move your street rod about in your garage or shop without having to remove the vehicle. | Kwiklift also has inexpensive wheel chocks available to ensure your prized pickup or hot rod doesn't coast away. |
