Ford F-100 - Bumper Bettering

 Proving that not every single...  Proving that not every single tool in the No Limit Engineering shop is a power tool, he smoothed the bumper's seam weld with a flat hand file.  Now that No Limit had a customized...  Now that No Limit had a customized Dennis Carpenter rear bumper, they needed bumper brackets to install it. After making some measurements, Rob determined the optimal shape and size. He programmed the Flow Jet and let the high-pressure water and garnet cutter create the two brackets. The steel L-shaped brackets are 8.5 x 4.5 x 1 7/8 inches.  Thanks to the use of a couple...  Thanks to the use of a couple of Vise-Grip pliers, at the end of the day No Limit Engineering had successfully attached the modified Dennis Carpenter rear bumper to the FlowJet-cut custom bumper brackets. From start to finish, Rob took a couple of hours to get the rear bumper customized and installed in mock-up mode. We bet the bumper will be looking even better when we make our next visit.  We like it when we're right....  We like it when we're right. The bumper looks awesome now. The weld seam has vanished. But what's the writing on the bumper? A closer inspection is in order.  Rob intends to program the...  Rob intends to program the FlowJet to cut the No Limit logo in the middle of the bumper. The logo will be backlit by LEDs and wired to serve as the third brake light.  On the left and right side...  On the left and right side of the bumper, No Limit's V-8 logo will also be cut into the rear bumper after programming the FlowJet. They'll form the basis for some cool turn signals once they're wired and lit. Alternately, they may use F-100 logos.  Where No Limit Engineering...  Where No Limit Engineering recessed the tailgate, notice the "carbon fiber." What do you suppose No Limit Engineering has up its sleeve now?
