Once the material and the sheetmetal were tacky to the touch, the two surfaces were mated to each other with the roller.  The Sound Damper Pads were...  The Sound Damper Pads were applied to the amply dried Rust-Oleum-treated toeboards.  With the supplied silver seam...  With the supplied silver seam tape, John taped the seams together.  Utilizing tin snips, J.B....  Utilizing tin snips, J.B. cut the Zinc-treated, 26-gauge sheetmetal panels, which would plug the holes in the toeboards.
