We also used Alan Grove brackets to swap the alternator from the passenger side to the driver side in order to clear the A/C compressor. The brackets mount to the exhaust manifold with a sturdy base. We’ve found that the brackets are extremely strong. The Alan Grove brackets are not polished nor chromed nor painted fancy colors. They are simple, and they work well. View Related Article
