I guess that there are several ways to save vintage tin from the "crusher!" The owners of this new antique shop have decided to make the best use of this 1950s-era Studebaker ½-ton by turning it into eye candy in front of their business; adorned with an eye-catching butterfly. A crinkled front fender and a buckled bumper are evident, but it appears to be "all there" with the exception of the driver side window. A layer of good old Midwest rust covers all.

The truck is parked along U.S. 31, just 20 miles south of South Bend, Indiana, where it was originally built at the former Studebaker factory.
