When Dave and Sue Underwood of Rainham, Kent, Great Britain, emailed us a passel of photos depicting their dog Buster alongside of their '49 Chevy five-window pickup we thought the whole crew was comprised of transplants from the United States. A second read and it became clear that only the '49 Chevy was a former U.S. resident.

"Buster, our 7-year-old Terrier crossbreed, spends most of his time in this truck. He just loves to go out in style, weekends and evenings to the weekly BHRA rod run held at Mickey's Diner in our standard '49 Chevy Stepside. We acquired [the Chevy] from Tim Mervo of Las Vegas, good old U.S. of A. It came over in June of 2008 and Tim's description was spot on. We have used daily since, with no problems whatsoever. Buster is well-known throughout the hot rodding scene in the UK. The truck and Buster are here to stay."
