Edelbrock, a leader in the automotive aftermarket, and, the largest video sharing service for automotive and motorcycle enthusiasts, have announced the "Passion for Performance" video contest. For three weeks in August, contestants will upload 30-second videos showing their "Passion for Edelbrock Performance."

On August 28, the entire community will begin voting on the submitted videos. The staff and the Edelbrock team will also vote considering quality, creativity, and relevance to the contest theme to determine the final results. The top 10 winners will receive a prize package of Edelbrock apparel and merchandise worth $250. The grand prize winner will receive that same package plus a $2,500 gift certificate for Edelbrock products. In addition, their video may be used to create an Edelbrock television commercial to air nationally on Spike TV.

Bigfoot, The Original Monster Truck, is now emblazoned with the iconic Firestone shield in a dramatic new paint scheme designed to evoke the pride and tradition of the Firestone brand. Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire, LLC (BFNT) worked with the team at Bigfoot to design the new paint theme, which will replace the previous design on the Firestone Bigfoot vehicle.

In addition to the well-known Firestone shield, the new look also combines the classic Bigfoot blue and the traditional Firestone red as well as the logo. is an informative Web site created by BFNT to make tire and automotive safety information easily accessible to motorists via the Internet.

"This new paint scheme is a fantastic way to solidify the bond between Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire and Bigfoot. Since 1991, Team Bigfoot has been using Firestone tires exclusively on its fleet of monster trucks. In addition to running on Firestone brand tires since '91, Team Bigfoot has used Firestone-themed monster truck bodies, starting with the introduction of the Firestone Wilderness Bigfoot truck in '97.

Aside from the Firestone Bigfoot race vehicle, Bigfoot also maintains a dedicated Firestone Bigfoot display truck that visits Firestone's retail stores and dealers throughout the year to promote the Bigfoot/Firestone relationship.
