In need of a good bed for his '56 International 1/2-ton pickup, Franco Offenstein loaded up an assortment of trailer-hitch balls into his '52 Nash Rambler two-door station wagon and headed out across America in hopes of finding one that had been converted into a trailer. After spotting numerous specimens, like the Tri-Five Chevy he photographed in Kansas, he went home and converted a bench from a local park into a flatbed for his IH.

Something tells us the next time we hear of our friend Franco, it will be on Court TV.
