Oh boy, we're really in trouble with this one. An 8-year-old lad from Ridgecrest, California, sent us this photograph stating he was an avid Custom Classic Trucks reader ever since his grandfather first gave him a subscription. He went on to state he believed this truck was a '59 year model. Unfortunately, a big ugly dog snuck into our editorial offices and ate the computer before we had a chance to copy down his name and contact information. By the way, the shortbed Stepside pickup is a '58, identified by the spears on the right and left front fenders. Oh yes, and one more thing: We would like to buy that '58 Chevy.
