Joe enlisted David Ludwig of Rayne, Louisiana, to spray on House Of Kolor Organic Green and Glint Gold Pearl over a Pure White base. Adding House Of Kolor Sherwood Green Shimrin Pearl over the White basecoat created the flames.
Joe owns Acadiana Transmission in Lafayette, Louisiana. When we called his shop to obtain a few more facts, his service advisor, Mike Veillon, informed us Joe was out on the road campaigning a show vehicle. We asked Mike if it was the '37 Ford pickup. He said, "No, Joe recently sold the '37 at the Barrett-Jackson auction to some guy in Michigan named Henry."
