La Donna & Larry Cockerham's '58 Cameo
1958 Chevy Cameo
The Cockerhams' classy '58 Cameo took five years to renew. If you factor in the dreaming and planning, it's more like 40 years.

Apart from the outside mirrors and front and hood spears, the Cameo wears all its original trim pieces, albeit rechromed/ restored.
1958 Chevy Cameo Engine
A K&N air filter protects the Edelbrock 750-cfm four-barrel carb, which supplies the 355hp GM ZZ4 crate engine with a healthy mix of fuel and air. The aluminized exhaust system consists of S&S headers, custom pipes, and Flowmaster mufflers.
1958 Chevy Cameo Wheel
Potenza P235/55R16-inch radials shod all four Boyd Coddington 16x8-inch wheels.

Mar-K's oak and stainless steel stringer bed floor kit fits the Cameo's first-class persona perfectly. The owner installed the urethane-protected planks and rustproof stringers.
1958 Chevy Cameo Interior
An Old Air HVAC system keeps the Cameo's cab climatically comfortable. VDO Instruments fill the custom dash panel. A tan leather- wrapped Billet Specialties steering wheel crowns the well-appointed interior.

After creating the custom center console, upholsterer Dan Kirkpatrick trimmed it, as well as the rest of the interior, in tan leather. The console hides a Kenwood CD/stereo head unit. There are speakers in the kick panels.
